Fashion Week F/W 19/20 Men – Day 4


Menswear feels not natural to Rochas. The brand, owned by French beauty group Interparfums, explores the idea of launching an extremely masculine offer – since they’ve felt the market opportunity – combined with their „Made In Italy“-know how. For his debuts as creative director Federico Curradi has made it right and good. As we know the designer since a few seasons for his own brand, this is not a big surprise though. Due to the yellow vests protests in Paris, Rochas has re-scheduled this presentation in an atelier deep in the south bank of the French capital. Far, but charming. The collection was a modern tribute to artists like Brancusi and Modigliani, with a romantic and highly detailed approach of a relaxed luxury lifestyle. No sharp neither drastic ideas but a refined softness developed in various and combinable products.
