For her namesake FW2019 collection, Nicky Zimmermann has left her most romantic side to explore a more tonic fashion territory. Our favorite aussie designer took her inspiration from her compatriot Nancy Wake, a spy during WW2 known as The White Mouse – since she was so hard to catch. Part mystery, part bravoure and plenty of romance: For her modern interpretation, Zimmermann has proposed a fabulous outerwear proposition and a camouflage pattern in sand and mahogany colors. Bell-sleeved blouses, lace and jodhpur trousers are the other signatures in her best collection to date.
