„For Fall, I was inspired by the way I used to dress almost a decade ago, when I was a new mother and just sort of throwing things on myself to wear. I look at old photos and think how natural and timeless those looks were. Sharon Tate’s wedding dress is one I’ve always been inspired by. This season, I finally just made one. I’ve introduced softer shapes and colors, still with some drama, but easier. There are pops of color in the collection, but all would look good shot on black and white film,“ explains Batsheva Hay her FW 2022/23 collection.
Strong high collars, fluffy puff sleeves, sturdy but sweet denim and a disco dose of taffeta are giving her iconic strict silhouettes an air of playfulness.
